I had a mixed experience during my stay. While the rooftop pool and bar were fantastic. and the staff were lovely and helpful, I encountered several drawbacks. The wifi was nearly unusable, making it tough to work remotely, and there were issues like cleanliness and non-functioning elevators. Overall, it was enjoyable, but the negatives impacted my stay.

I initially booked their cheapest room, hoping for a standard stay, but ended up in a ground-floor room with no window. I asked for an upgrade and had to pay a $50 fee in cash to enjoy a lovely two-bedroom suite. It felt a bit like a scam since I had booked with my credit card.

However, the service left much to be desired, as staff were often unavailable and unhelpful, and the cleanliness of my room wasn't acceptable, with stains and maintenance issues.
